من خلال معالجة كتلية جرئية تعتمد على التراكب الهندسي للأحجام وتباين المواد

تتكون الواجهة من كتلتين رئيسيتين
الأولى رأسية تبرز المدخل
والاخرى أفقية مائلة تشكل مظلة لموقف السيارات

تبدأ تجربة المشروع من المدخل الرئيسي الذي يمتد على ارتفاع دورين
ويربط اقسام الضيافة ببعضها

بينما يتوسط الفناء الداخلي الموقع وتلتف حوله الفراغات
من صالات عائلية في الدور الارضي و اجنحة نوم في الدور الاول

يتميز المشروع أيضا بديوانية مستقلة بمدخل خاص وتراس خاص لها
ترتفع فوق مواقف السيارات بأحد عشر درجة لتطل على ممشى  الرحاب المميز
و تحافظ على خصوصية المنزل
