تصميم أدوار سكنية يمثل مشروع أدوار المصيف 92 نموذجاً معمارياً متميزاً لـ تصميم أدوار سكنية في حي المصيف بالرياض. يمتد المشروع على مساحة 600 متر مربع، حيث تم التركيز على استغلال المساحات الداخلية وتوفير الإضاءة الطبيعية لتحقيق أعلى مستويات الراحة وتلبية متطلبات الحياة العصرية.
يجسد هذا المشروع السكني على كود وادي حنيفة تجربة معمارية مدروسة تجمع بين الاناقة البصرية والوظيفية العاليةمن خلال معالجة كتلية جرئية تعتمد على التراكب الهندسي للأحجام وتباين الموادتتكون الواجهة من كتلتين رئيسيتينالأولى رأسية تبرز المدخلوالاخرى أفقية مائلة تشكل مظلة لموقف السيارات
تبدأ تجربة المشروع من المدخل الرئيسي الذي يمتد على ارتفاع دورين ويربط اقسام الضيافة ببعضها بينما يتوسط الفناء الداخلي الموقع وتلتف حوله الفراغات من صالات عائلية في الدور الارضي و اجنحة نوم في الدور الاول يتميز المشروع أيضا بديوانية مستقلة بمدخل خاص وتراس خاص لها ترتفع فوق مواقف السيارات بأحد عشر درجة لتطل على ممشى الرحاب المميز و تحافظ على خصوصية المنزل
